The Colibri is one of the rarest and most sought-after folding knife designs ever to come out of Thiers.
This early example features a stunning multicolour stamina handle — a laminated wood composite that produces a depth of colour impossible to replicate — set into sculpted solid brass bolsters. The brass has developed a rich, warm patina that only decades of careful ownership can produce.
The Colibri shape, with its distinctive ergot and dramatic curved handle, was one of the first truly sculptural pocket knife designs. Finding one in this condition is exceptionally rare.
